Institutions and individuals may participate through training, assessments, partnerships, reporting initiatives, and collaborative learning platforms. Each pathway is designed to strengthen institutional capacity while contributing to a broader ecosystem of accountable and integrated sustainable development practice.

Engagement Pathways

LCSDN fulfills its intermediary role through integrated functions that support SDG localization, institutional transformation, and future readiness.

Begin SDG Localization & SDC Transformation

Initiate structured institutional alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals and begin the pathway toward Sustainable Development Corporation (SDC) status.

Train with the LCSDN Training Institute

Participate in practice-oriented trainings focused on SDG implementation, governance design, ESG alignment, and integrated program delivery.

Participate in the Futures Lab for Sustainable Development

Engage in futures thinking, systems foresight, and scenario planning to prepare institutions for sustainable development beyond 2030.

Undergo Organizational Assessment

Request SDG-aligned institutional assessments that support accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Convene During Sustainable Development Week

Host or participate in locally led activities that demonstrate SDG localization in practice as part of LCSDN’s global annual convening.

Partner with LCSDN

Collaborate with LCSDN to strengthen institutions, align ESG and finance strategies, and contribute to credible bottom-up SDG reporting.
